Do I need payment details to start?

No. Basic is free and needs no payment details. You can upgrade from your account settings whenever you need more.

How do I pick between Starter and Standard?

Two numbers decide it: how many traffic sensors you need, and how many IP alerts per second your network produces at peak. If you need 24/7 support for critical issues, go with Standard.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Yes, at any time and without notice, in your account settings or by email.

Can I pay annually?

Annual billing runs as an Enterprise plan with custom pricing. Contact us and we will put together a quote.

What is a traffic sensor?

A network device, usually a firewall or router, that feeds live traffic into NxtFireGuard so suspicious addresses can be scored and blocked. Size your plan by how many of these you want to cover. See how traffic sensors work and the Palo Alto, OPNsense and Cisco FTD setup guides.

I manage several client networks. Can I run them from one account?

Yes. With an MSP account you create client companies or invite existing ones, and switch between them in the dashboard. Each client has its own plan and limits. Contact us to have your account set up as an MSP.
